Use the form below to sign up for local 54’s annual Christmas party.
To attend this year’s Christmas Party, you will need a ticket. Once you sign up you will need to either print your ticket or if signing up on a smartphone you can just take a screen shot of the ticket and present that image with your union card and ID. The ticket will serve two purposes: One it will admit you into the party and two it will be redeemed for the Christmas gift. This will help prevent the long lines to get into the party because no one has to stand and sign the lists. THE CHRISTMAS PARTY IS DECEMBER 6, 2023 AND WILL BE HELD AT THE MAYFIELD AT 6072 SOUTH ARCHER AVE., CHICAGO IL. COCKTAILS WILL BE SERVED AT 6:30 AND DINNER WILL BE SERVED AT 7:30 P.M. NO ONE IS ADMITTED WITHOUT A TICKET AND PROOF OF LOCAL 54 MEMBERSHIP. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE CHRISTMAS PARTY IS FOR LOCAL 54 MEMBERS ONLY!!! NO SPOUSES, DATES, OR CHILDREN.
